Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 12 hours of receipt, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Address

When selecting a shipping address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address is accurate and that a secure location is designated for package delivery. Allure Selene LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped.

Lost Packages

In the event of a lost package, you must file a claim with your local Post Office or UPS. Allure Selene LLC is not responsible for lost packages once they are in transit.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email with updated shipping information and a tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor the status of your package using the provided tracking number until it arrives at your designated address.
