Exchange Policy
We offer a 4-day exchange policy. You have 4 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange, provided the item is either damaged or incorrect.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at help@allureselene.com. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
